REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Policy

• All sales of event tickets and merchandise are final and non-refundable except under the following conditions:

  • If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket refunds will be issued automatically.

  • Merchandise refunds or replacements are only available if items received are faulty or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a resolution.

• Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by Monmouthshire Sporting Club.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of approval.
